How many businesses have gone under due to the national minimum wage and no other reason?

All of them, but not because it’s to high but because it is too low. For a long time now minimum wage has not been enough to live on. As inflation robs workers of their ability to make ends meet they have to buy less, which means less income for shop owners and people in services, who then buy less and cut corners, or default on loans. The economy depends greatly on a far distribution or resources. As corporations have lost view of the common good and sought only profit, our economy has become top heavy and the workers can no longer support the ultra-rich. Being rich is fine, but becoming very rich by not paying a living wage is a problem.
