How many boat slips will be offered?
In accordance with the concerns expressed at meetings with area homeowners associations, we have reduced our boat slip application. Originally, we applied for 65 slips, but reduced our application to 50, which is lower than the number typically allowed. We determined that to be the number that best addressed the expressed concerns while providing our residents the same access to the water as neighboring communities.
