There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom as well as in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has two single beds and a pull out trundle. The downstairs bedroom has a queen with a single bunk bed on top. This adds up to a total of three (3) queen size beds and four (4) single beds. Because of this bed configuration maximum occupancy is eight (8) adults or ten (10) people if your group includes at least 2 children.
