A. The house has 4 PRIVATE bedrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Each bedroom has a king size bed except for the game/bedroom. This bedroom has a pull down Murphy queen size bed. All mattress sets are Sealy Posturepedic Ultra Plush 2006/2007. The house is designed to sleep 8 people in 4 private bedrooms, with an additional queen size sleeper sofa located upstairs on landing outside of bedrooms and 2 thick sleeping pads located downstairs. Total sleeping accommodations sleep 12 guests.
