How many bedrooms and bathrooms will the building have?
On 02/27/2006, Commissioners requested …that the number of bedrooms and bathrooms be defined in floor plans… We informed the Commission that step is premature. Later in the development process we will deal with construction realities and time-relevant factors like material costs, analysis of the real estate market and even space-allocation requests of prospective tenants. All these, none of which can be accomplished at this stage, will heavily influence the number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms. We can prudently invest in the next stage only after we have achieved two things through completion of the projects current stage: • a PUD approval that has enough economic merit to justify the expense of market studies and the services of architectural and engineering services. • final specifications and parameters the engineers and architects need to begin their own work. In the next stage we will begin developing the actual building plan, record our decisions in floor plans and r
