All of the homes within Lake Harmony Estates come with one renter ID badge good for up to 10 guests. If any renter has more than 10 persons using the beach at one time, an additional fee of approx $5 per person may be charged. If you have to pay out any of these fees, you can submit a request to Pocono View Properties for the reimbursement of this fee after your stay. All of the homes within Towamensing Trails come with 8 renter wrist bands which are required for the use of the beach and outdoor pool. Towamensing Trails does not currently allow the purchase of additional renter wrist bands.
