Well, our general rule is that when dealing with a pretty simple bar (beer, wine, mixed drinks) we would suggest that you have 1 bartender for every 75 guests. However if you are dealing with a lot of martinis or blended drinks which take more time to make, you may want to get 2 bartenders for the same amount of people.
