How many babies are born on their due date?
A mere 5% of babies are born on their due date. 80% are born within 10-14 days either way, adding up to 85%. A baby born before 37 weeks in considered premature. Now some sad but true facts to remeber or to briefly discuss; 1 in 5 pregnancies end in misscarriage, before the heart starts beating, so porbably before the person knew they were pregnant. And misscariage at later stages arent overly uncommon either. So to get a honest, true, exact answer……. There isnt one. Keep aiming towards the due date and remember that if you go into labour a fortnight before, its far from uncommon.
