How many arbitration committee decisions have been appealed and what was the outcome?
• Thirteen arbitration committee decisions have been appealed (including cross-appeals) to the Federal Court or the Federal Court of Appeal. They have involved pipeline companies, landowner(s) and/or the Minister of Natural Resources. • Five appeals were won by landowners and five were won by the pipeline company and/or the Minister of Natural Resources.
