It depends on what you mean by “apocryphal”. Most people mean the so-called “Protestant Apocrypha”, usually referred to as “Deuterocanon” which are, roughly, the books in the Catholic Bible that the Protestants took out. Others have already listed them, so I won’t again. Technically, the Deuterocanon also includes III & IV Maccabees and I & II Esdras which do not appear in the Catholic Bible, but various combinations of the books appear in certain Eastern Orthodox Bibles, depending on the denomination. The Pseudepigrapha is another, large number of apocryphal books (such as Enoch, the Testament of Adam and Eve, Ahiqar, and others). There’s probably 30 or 40 of them. These books claim to be written by various figures in the Bible, but we know that in fact they weren’t (“pseudepigrapha” means “false writings”).
