How many aid stations does GFNY have and what do they provide?
There will be six aid stations along the course with food and drinks. GFNY will provide water stations in the staging area so that event participants can fill up their water bottles prior to the event start. The aid stations on the course will be located at Mile 17, 35, 46, 54, 70, 89 and the finish for the Gran Fondo and Mile 17, 35, 54 and finish for the Medio Fondo. There will be food and drink ready for all participants.
