How many adult participants can come? Do we need a Camp Certified person or first aid person?
Every troop is required to come with the appropriate Safety Wise ratios (1:8 for Grades 4-5). It is strongly encouraged that each troop also comes with a Camp Certified person and their own First Aid certified person. However, there will be many adults at the encampment, as well as a specific first aider located in Friendship Circle, so if you do not have these people available, please plan on attending anyway. There is no maximum number of adults per troop that can attend but every adult is expected to volunteer for at least one shift during the weekend. The cost per adult is $20.00 and if they desire an encampment patch, it is an additional $2.00, if they are still available after given out to the girls. Please bring additional patch money for adults to the encampment and they will be sold to adults if available.
