A. 424. AIA has been working in Russia since 1993. We work in only select regions and are a small, boutique agency which is concerned with quality of service rather than quantity of adoptions. We have staff in Russia who have worked for us for many years and we have long-term relationships in the regions we work.. We are a selective agency and often decline to accept prospective clients who we feel would not be a good fit for our services.
