How many acres are there to hunt on and what is the cover and terrain like?

The total hunt area consists of ~400 acres which is divided into 30-40 acres per party. The cover consists of tall milo stubble, warm season grasses, overgrown fence rows and overgrown ditch banks. The terrain is fairly gentle with some hills, but for the most part easy walking.
