about a day and a half…4 in. have a tendency to tip more than an 8 in. block …so unless you want it to look like hammered dog sh*t, it might take more than a day…if your block are dry you wont have any problems with the mortar settling between the block…if you were on a long wall laying to the line you could easily lay 300 in a day…lots of level work on a shed this size with the windows and doors…
