ATLEAST 20+ mins. We don’t want the chan to be flooded by advertisements like in some *cough* “abandonware channels”. XDCC servers at 30 mins minimum because of the large ammount of text they generate. If they do not display the full list of packs in their ad then 20 mins is OK.
