How long would you date Mr. Right before getting impatient and leaving him for not popping the question?

Mr Right would know when the right time was to ‘pop the question’. Mr Right and myself would have already been discussing it within 2 years, engaged soon after and married with in a year of the engagement. And that is just how it happened.

Well of course it would depend on the relationship and Mr. Right. I’d imagine that we would both know when it was right (my husband proposed on our one year anniversary, but we talked about marriage even before that). I would say though that after two years if we haven’t figured it out, we probably aren’t going to. Although I know that isn’t always true…I’ve known couples who were together for 6-8 years before they got engaged…but I’ve also known couples who have been together for that long and then broken up, so it goes either way. But I think it really depends on the people and the relationship. Good question!

If he’s *really* Mr. Right, I’d wait patiently for as long as it might take.
