First of all, it depends on if you did things this summer and took photos and saved mementos of the things you do to be able to scrapbook them. It’s also dependent how much you have to scrapbook with–if you sat around and watched tv all summer, there’s probably not a lot to scrap about. Pages with the TV Guide, photos of you on the couch…not too interesting! Did you take photos, did you go places, did you make some special memories? It also depends on how into scrapbooking you want to get. If you just want to glue a few photos on a page, that doesn’t take much time at all. But, if you are into scrapbooking, and enjoy the process of adding photos, embellishments, journaling, etc artistically on the pages–each page can take HOURS!! Seriously! Even days! I did a scrapbook for my daughter’s open house when she graduated from High School. It was fairly simple, with matted photos and newspaper articles and a few other embellishments.
