How long would a small star tattoo take?
Okay ‘small’ is a very vague statement. Small in relation to a fingernail, or small in relation to an apple? Be more specific. Also you don’t specify if you want a hollow or filled in star. But if you’re talking about something 1cm in width for example: Hollow – 2 minutes. Filled – about 6 minutes. Very quick. But for what it’s worth, tattoo artists are used to people flinching and squirming. So don’t pick the size of the tattoo for this reason. My first tattoo took 3 hours, right over bone, and I wriggled and complained like crazy but it turned out perfect and was well worth it. If small is what you want then that’s great but don’t go for something smaller than you’d ideally like if the flinching factor is your only worry. Plus in the placement you’re on about, it would barely hurt at all.
