How long will the TwinSkin™ System last for?
Our state of the art TwinSkin™ Systems are natural looking and are designed to look better, longer. They are made from human hair which is the best material available for this task, but they do not last indefinitely. The cuticle of the hair is eroded each time you brush, blow dry, wash, or scratch your head. When your hair was growing you would see split ends developing, usually when your hair was long. They were taken care of with a haircut that removed the oldest part of the hair shaft. As your new hair doesn’t grow all the same factors are at work and eventually the hair will wear out. Essentially, the system should last for about 12 to 18 months.
