How long will the Transportation Management Trainees be located at the Division headquarters?
A. The Trainees will remain at the Division for three to six months, subsequent to the formal training at the REDI center and on-site field training. Once the Trainee is deemed ready to assume a supervisory role, the Trainee may relocate to another city. This first supervisory role usually occurs within nine to twelve months after hire date.
