It should last between 3 to 4 months. This is because this snoring cure has to cater for strength as well as a comfort. The SnoreMate needs to be soft enough to be comfortable, but also strong enough to hold the jaw in place. These factors mean that a certain amount of stretching occurs in the mouthpiece over time, which varies between users, and consequently allows the jaw to gradually move backwards. This renders the mouthpiece less effective and will need replacement.
