How long will the Port Phillip Bay channel dredging take and when will it start?
With dredging to commence on 7 February 2008, it is expected to be completed by January 2010. As from the commencement of dredging, the Port of Melbourne Corporation will hold a Project News Conference each morning at 10 am (Monday-Friday) at the Port of Melbourne Corporation HQs, Level 4, 530 Collins Street, Melbourne to advise on dredging activities from the previous 24 hours and planned activities the next 24 hours.
