How long will the legal transfer take to complete?
A. The transfer of the deeds normally takes no more than a day, at the notary based in Loule. It is envisaged that the winner will spend a few days before the transaction and after the completion is free to stay at their new villa for as long as they wish, but we ask that some flexibility should be taken on board as we are working through the legal system in a foreign country.
