How long will the items that we bought on ebay arrive at our home?
You did not purchase the item from eBay, per say. You purchased the item from a specific seller ON eBay. How long it will take to arrive depends on the seller’s Terms of Service and which method of shipment you/they chose. Check back on the listing and under “Shipping and Handling” it will quote a seller’s handling time. Factor that in with the shipping service you chose and you have an estimate of when your item will arrive. Remember to consider weekends and holidays into your estimate. As a buyer, eBay/PayPal gives you lots of tools to ensure your security. Should your item not arrive or is not as described there are claims you can file. If the need should arise, remember to do so in a timely manner, you have 45 days after the date of sale to file a claim. BEFORE doing all of this though, give your seller a chance.
