How long will the installation and Agent training process take?
A. Installation of the RTAS interface only takes a few minutes. It can be downloaded from the Internet and configured without a Global Mentoring expert on site, but rather supporting utilizing the RTAS software. The time commitment for training is directly impacted by your number of users and the way you would like for them to be trained. Virtual training using the RTAS software is very effective for the one-on-one process. Generally, Global Mentoring requests that you allot 2 hours for a virtual, one-on-one training session. On site training can be arranged, at the customer’s request.
