How long will the information about my reservations be stored on the librarys reservation system?
In order to allow users to reserve computers twice in a seven day period, we must retain information about each reservation for a period of seven days starting from the time you make that reservation. If you miss two reservations in a row without canceling, your information will be retained in the system for twenty-eight days due to the restriction in effect for users who do not cancel their reservations when they are no longer wanted.
