How long will the entire registration process take?
When you arrive at NextStep, the initial registration/ preliminary screening process would take 15-20 minutes. If we have a job that suits your profile immediately then you will be required to undergo a pre-selection process that will take around 90 minutes. The process involves an aptitude/ skill based test, which lasts 30 minutes depending on the position we look at you for, moving onto a 20-minute final interview with an Account Manager. If you do not have enough time then we can schedule you for another day.
