How long will the dissolution process take?
Submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. The process will be facilitated if (i) the organization is in compliance with its reporting requirements and (ii) the judicial complaint or administrative petition for dissolution submitted to the AGO is complete and includes all the required information and documents.
