The Cluffy Wedge® is made out of a high durometer EVA foam material. It will bottom out over time and needs to be replaced as soon as wear becomes sufficient to minimize the elevation of the wedge. As soon as the Cluffy Wedge® loses its effectiveness, it should be replaced. Time frames for replacement will vary depending on your weight and activity level.
