Approximately one hour and thirty minutes, depending on the size of the ceremony.

Guests will be leaving the arena at approximately 11:45 am. Students and guests will be recessed in an orderly fashion. Marshals will be available to help direct guests back to the parking structures, and transfer students and their families to the Transfer Student and Family Reception.

The processions will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The length of the ceremony is approximately one hour and 45 minutes.

The legal part of the ceremony, which includes the services of the Civil Status Officer and the signature of the wedding certificate requires between 20 to 30 minutes. The ceremony can be tailored to your wishes and/or religious beliefs. You can choose to have songs, readings and prayers and have your family participate as well. Regarding any religious aspects, we strongly suggest you contact the hotel at least 5 months in advance to allow sufficient time for your wedding coordinator to revert back and/or suggest alternatives.
