How long will the cake last after the workshop?
It is recommended that cakes be eaten within 2-3 days after the workshop. Fondant-covered cakes cannot be refrigerated otherwise the condensation will cause the icing to become soft, wet and sticky. Sugar decorations such as figurines and flowers can be removed from the cake, stored in a dry, ventilated box out of direct light, and will keep indefinitely.
