The length of time it takes for your application to be processed and finalised will depend very much on the workload and backlog existing in the DIAC branch. Another factor to be considered is how quickly you respond to BLS Resources requests for documents and information. A complete application will be processed quicker than an application that has a few documents missing. The DIAC publish standard service processing times, BLS Resources can provide some guidance at the time of application as to the current processing times of the DIAC branch.
