The University and the UKBA process thousands of student cases each month, so it can be 10 working days between when you confirm your CAS Application Information and when we email you with your CAS number. If you have not received your CAS Statement Email within 20 working days, please let us know by emailing pbsapply@sheffield.ac.uk.
