How long will Rice River Farms® Premium Dry Roasted Wild Rice® last on the shelf?
Our Premium Dry Roasted Wild Rice® is dry roasted until there is approximately only 5% moisture in the rice (compared to 15% and more in other brands). The benefit of this is two-fold. Because of the low moisture content in the PremiumDry Roasted Wild Rice®, you are paying for only the dry roasted wild rice and not any added water weight! In addition, because there is virtually no moisture the Premium Dry Roasted Wild Rice®, it has an almost indefinite shelf life and will taste as fresh and nutty as the day it was packaged, for years to come!
