How long will pumpkin bread last?
I have been making pumpkin bread for 40 years. Really it usually only last a few days because we gobble it up; and I make 4 loaves at a time! But if you want it to last a week, I would tell you to put it in a zip lock bag, or better yet one of the glad bags with a zipper. Press the air out of the bag and put it in the fridge or the freezer. I would go for the freezer if you have space. Take it out a few hours before you want to serve it and it will be fine. I have done this many times, it will taste just like you made it. I promise.
