Lesson plans are accessible for up to five years. To facilitate finding previously used lesson plans, the program provides a Search button. Clicking on the Search buttons permits an Internet-style search on key words. A list of lesson plans containing the key words is generated for the teachers reference. Copying and pasting makes it a simple matter to insert the previous lesson plan into the current weeks lesson plan.
