Our Cookies and Macaroons arrive individually wrapped to help retain freshness. √ Since we do not use any preservatives, they should be eaten within 3 days of arrival or frozen in sealed freezer bags or containers. Do not refrigerate. √ Frozen COOKIES will thaw in 20 minutes OR for quicker delicious results warm, un-wrapped, in a 375 degree oven for 3 minutes or in the microwave for 30 seconds. √ Frozen MACAROONS will thaw in 40 minutes OR for quicker delicious results warm, un-wrapped, in a 375 degree oven for 6 minutes. Micro-waving Macaroons is not recommended.
