Your web responses are removed from the surveygold.com web site immediately after they are downloaded to your computer when you click the Get Web Responses button in the CONDUCT SURVEY tab of your SurveyGold software. If you neglect to click the Get Web Responses for a long period of time, your web survey responses will be retained on surveygold.com for a period of six months.
