How long will my property be listed on the MLS for flat fee?
A. The MLS flat fee listing is for a maximum time of 6-months. You may decide on how long to list on the Listing Agreement – 6-months (or anything in between). Not too worry much about the term as most all of our flat fee listings sell, and sell well before the 6-month listing expires. P.S. The cost is the same if you list for 6-months, 3-months, or any other listing time.
