Well, food “experts” will tell you the general rule for all leftovers is about 4 days. But tomato sauce has a high acidity content. I’ve had it be fine at least a week, as long as it is THOROUGHLY reheated before serving again. When tomato sauce goes bad, you’ll get mold on the surface. Sure sign NOT to eat.
