How long will my data for each store be retained in the RTIconnect database?
The chart below shows the Default Retention Period which determines how long each data type is routinely backed up and maintained by RTI. If you need to keep data in RTIconnect longer than the default period, you can purchase an optional Extended Retention Package, also shown in the chart, for only $10 per month per store.
