How long will my AT&T PrePaid Internet E-Mail account last?
Your AT&T PrePaid Internet E-Mail account will remain active 90 days after your account has expired. Expiration may occur because: 1.) You have used all your minutes or 2.) You have reached the full term of your Service, (check your packaging or call Customer Service at 1-888-671-2391, to determine your specific termination date) whichever event occurs first. In order to continue using the same E-mail address, you will need to refill your AT&T PrePaid Internet account, either online or via refill card, within 90 days of your account’s expiration.
