Mirage Waterless Grass™ turf carries a 5-year limited warranty against excessive wear, fading and sun. This warranty will be extended to 8 years with the application of our bi-annual UV treatment, which must be applied and verified by one of our authorized Waterless Grass™ dealers. In order to extend the warranty to 8 years in the desert Southwest and other areas with highly intense UV climates, our UV treatment must be applied and verified by one of our authorized Waterless Grass™ dealers. With basic care and the application of our UV enhancement treatment, your Mirage Waterless Grass™ turf can have a life expectancy of 20+ years.
