How long will messages remain in mailbox?
All messages will remain in your mailbox until either you delete them yourself, or after 60 days when the FirstClass system will automatically delete them. To delete messages yourself, select the message by clicking on it once, and select “Delete” from the FILE menu. To save mail beyond 60 days, you should Print or Save the message (both options in the FILE menu).
