How long will Landmark Homes hold my landscape deposit?

The City of Edmonton requires that you obtain your Final Grade Approval within one year of your Rough Grade Certificate (which is sent to you from Landmark’s head office) – thus, you have one year to complete your landscaping from the time you receive your Rough Grade Certificate. If you have not completed your landscaping within this time frame, you will have to apply for an extension from the municipality and the Developer. The requirement for landscaping and landscaping deposits is not initiated by Landmark Homes. It is a requirement of the municipality and the subdivision’s Developer.
