The ride was shut down immediately and will remain closed while the state Division of Occupational Safety and Health and the Buena Park amusement park investigates, Gardner said. Paramedics had to pull the man, who complained of back and neck injuries, from the ride, said Capt. George Casario of the Orange County Fire Authority.
