A. The time it takes to transmit a document primarily depends on the user’s Internet Service Provider (ISP), modem speed, and size of PDF file being transmitted. Generally, the larger the file, the longer it will take to load. File limitations are in place to expedite the transmission. PDF documents should NOT be larger than 1.5 MB (1536 KB).
