After the CSA is submitted to DMS, your account will be setup within five days.A welcome email with your account information will be sent after your account is setup.The email will come from conferencing@governmentconferencing.com.The email includes your Owner number, Conference Code, and Leader PIN. If do not receive the welcome email within 5 days, please contact the SUNCOM Helpdesk to check on the status of your order.
