How long will it take to receive a payoff statement?
Payoff statements are generally processed within 2-3 business days of American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. receiving the request. If your loan is in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or requires an audit, the process of the payoff statement may be delayed. To ensure accuracy, payoff quotes are not given verbally. All payoffs are subject to final audit upon presentation to American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc.
